Terms of Service

These terms describe the rules for using BuildGraph and the responsibilities that apply to account holders.

Last updated: May 27, 2026

Acceptance

By accessing or using BuildGraph, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Service

BuildGraph helps users compare developer tools, generate architecture graphs, and document stack decisions. Outputs are planning aids and may require independent technical, security, legal, or financial review before production use.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for activity performed through it. You must provide accurate account information and promptly update information that becomes inaccurate.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful content, or use BuildGraph to violate third-party rights or applicable law.

Plans and Limits

BuildGraph may enforce plan limits for saved projects, AI messages, generated graphs, exports, comparisons, and team features. We may update plan packaging or limits as the product evolves.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you submit. BuildGraph and its software, design, branding, and underlying service materials remain owned by BuildGraph or its licensors.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not warrant that generated recommendations are complete, current, secure, or appropriate for every production system.

Contact
