Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and billing corrections are handled for BuildGraph.

Free Plan

The Free plan does not require payment. Because no charge is collected for free access, there is no refund process for Free plan usage.

Paid Subscriptions

When paid subscriptions are available, charges will generally be billed in advance for the selected billing period. Unless required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable after the billing period starts.

Cancellation

You may cancel a paid subscription to stop future renewals. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period, but access may continue until the end of the paid term.

Duplicate or Erroneous Charges

If you believe you were charged in error, charged twice, or billed after cancellation, contact support with the account email and relevant transaction details so the issue can be reviewed.

Service Issues

If a service issue materially prevents use of a paid plan, we may offer a credit, refund, or other remedy at our discretion, taking account status and usage into consideration.

Policy Changes

We may update this Refund Policy as billing capabilities and plan packaging evolve. The version posted on this page applies unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
